We are a cost-plus builder. Our pricing is comprehensive and our clients work closely with our team prior to the building process to ensure all selections and details are assembled so our costs can be precise.
Our homes range from 1.5M to 4M plus. Square footage, selections and additions such as solar, rainwater, pool and landscaping will drive the final cost.
Once we have final plans and our contract in place, build time averages 14-20 months.
Once we begin the building process, we personally meet with our clients on a routine basis and present actual costs vs budgeted numbers, answer any questions or concerns they might have. We also take time to discuss schedule which is presented in a Gantt format outlining actual vs planned and when we think the project will be move-in ready.

After final inspections, your home is covered by the StrucSure 1-2-10 warranty: 1 year on workmanship and materials, 2 years on electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, and 10 years on major structural defects, subject to the warranty's terms.
