Meet Marc and Kim.
Marc and Kim Miller, owners of K & M Construction, are a husband and wife team specializing in new construction and remodels throughout the Texas hill country.
Marc, a native of Missouri with a family history rich in residential and commercial construction, moved to Texas in the 1990's to work in the oil and gas industry as an Operations Manager overseeing multi-billion dollar projects for several large corporations as well as his own independently owned exploration company. Marc received his Master's in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. Kim, a lifelong resident of Comal County and graduate of Smithson Valley High School, has worked as a paralegal specializing in business and tax law for 15+ years at a law firm in San Antonio. Kim has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio.
Driven by their entrepreneurial spirit and shared passion for home design and quality craftsmanship, the couple established K & M Construction in 2015. Each bringing their own strengths to the table - Marc's construction knowledge passed down from generations and Kim's attention to detail in administrative matters - the couple works closely with clients to build homes and create spaces that will not only meet, but exceed their expectations! At K & M Construction home building is about much more than blueprints, boards and beams; it's a very personal relationship between the home builder and the homeowner that requires creativity, knowledge and trust.
Marc and Kim have four beautiful children, Autumn, Tyler, Paige and Tatum, and are currently building a home in Centennial Ridge.
